The owner at 4411 presented a challenge to Framework: how do you maximize two quarter-acre, individually platted lots on South 1st Street in Austin? Following an extensive site feasibility, zoning review, and civil engineering due diligence phase, our team developed an inspired plan to include 6-8 efficiency units above approximately 1,500 sq ft of retail/restaurant/office space. We’re betting the new space will be a perfect addition to this neighborhood full of unique shops and restaurants.
