Pflugerville Mixed Use  |  Pflugerville, TX

This two-story live/work building sits on a prominent site in historic Downtown Pflugerville. The owner, a lifelong resident whose family business is part of the downtown, will live in a private residence on the upper level. The ground floor features commercial space behind a traditional storefront that meets the City’s Downtown District Overlay standards and supports street-level foot traffic.

The design draws from the Richardsonian Romanesque style, with brick facades, articulated storefronts, pronounced cornices, and detailed brick accents. Steel lintels, canopy supports, and decorative accents offer contemporary takes on traditional details while keeping the masonry character in the lead.
