Lot 237 is a single-story residence of about 4,000 sq ft on a 0.58-acre lot in the Travis Club golf community. The design draws from Hill Country architecture, with simple gabled forms and deep sloped roofs. A landscaped entry walk leads to the portico, and a planted courtyard at the center of the plan brings daylight into the living areas and bedroom wing.
 

The exterior pairs fieldstone gable wings with stucco volumes under standing seam metal roofs, finished with steel-framed windows and a stone chimney. The living room, dining room, and kitchen open to covered outdoor living space. A fireside area anchors the outdoor living space and connects to a guest studio, and the pool sits off the primary terrace.
