Woodrow Residence | Lubbock, TX
This two-story residence draws from French Eclectic architecture, a style the client favors. Textured stucco and limestone accents define each facade. The home sits on a 10-acre property and is approached through a formal, symmetrical front garden. Behind the house, the landscape shifts to a natural setting with a pond, walking trails and dense plantings.
Inside, the formal living room opens to the kitchen and dining areas, serving both daily life and entertaining. A library conceals a hidden passage to a private man cave. The primary bathroom opens to a secluded courtyard planted to evoke a rainforest, placing the freestanding tub and shower in direct view of the garden.
