Located off East Oltorf Road, the new Helm CRE Headquarters reimagines a 1970s-era tax office into a modern, light-filled workplace. The two-story, 5,000-square-foot building was transformed with new windows, a bold canopy, and copper panels that highlight the original brick façade. Inside, a complete remodel introduced an open floor plan with flexible collaboration zones, a main conference room, video conferencing suite, and private work areas, all within a compact footprint. Designed to support Helm CRE’s growing team and collaborative culture, the project also reflects a larger movement toward revitalizing South Austin, creating places where people can both live and work locally.
