The 5,000-square-foot building sets aside 4,000 square feet for the firm, with the remaining space leased to complementary professionals. Framework's early site test fit navigated existing easement restrictions on the property, shaping a plan that worked around parking and stormwater requirements while giving the firm room to recruit and grow. Completed in June 2026, the building was designed to draw CPA talent to the Hill Country with a space to match the firm's ambitions.
