Framework Architects partnered with Headwater Construction and Dr. Satish Chundru to design a new 10,132-square-foot forensic facility in Georgetown, serving Williamson County and neighboring counties across Central Texas. The building houses office space, a forensics lab with enhanced ventilation throughout, and a dedicated cooler warehouse, each tailored to the safety and workflow needs of forensic pathology. Framework drew on medical office design principles and adapted them to the field's specialized requirements, aiming for a space that supports both the medical team and the broader community it serves. Construction broke ground in January 2025 and the facility opened that September.
