Located at the base of a 1950s high-rise near the University of Texas campus, Limegreen Southeast Asian Grill represents one of our most intricate adaptive reuse projects to date. Originally a tight, low-ceilinged ground floor space with no existing drawings, it required creative solutions for every challenge—from hidden crawl spaces to rerouted utilities and ceiling height limitations. Through collaboration with an expert team, we turned a maze of constraints into a vibrant, efficient layout designed for both dine-in and mobile ordering.
