This project involved renovating a 1,457 sq. ft. single-story home in SW Austin, focusing on the kitchen, laundry room, and sunroom. A key design goal was to enhance the connection between the sunroom and backyard, creating a seamless indoor-outdoor experience—perfect for our clients' love of birdwatching. The addition of a cozy fireplace further enriches the ambiance, making the space both functional and inviting. Balancing a modern aesthetic while preserving the character of the existing facade was an exciting challenge, resulting in a beautifully refreshed home that blends style and warmth.
