His depth, years of experience, and approachable demeanor, allow Jeremy to quickly instill trust in clients and lead them through challenging projects. His passion for finding unique solutions suits Jeremy well as cofounder of Framework Architects.

Marvin D Bonilla

Cofounder

Husband, Father, Food Enthusiast, Architect...Marvin’s work ethic, loyalty, and devotion to his faith, family, and his profession have helped him gain much experience since graduating college. He loves working with clients, contractors, and consultants to problem solve and make sure the project vision is carried from the schematic through the construction phase of the project. This relationship-first approach to architecture suits Marvin very well as cofounder of Framework Architects.

Megan Cain

Project Manager

Wife, Dog Mom, Coffee Lover, Designer…Megan is passionate about learning, which makes her a wonderful project designer and excellent liaison to Framework’s clients. Her inquisitive nature, coupled with her ability to seek out solutions to any challenge, means she is focused on the client’s vision throughout the entire project process. Her tenacity and positive attitude makes her an excellent addition to the Framework Architects team.  

Jorge Cortez

Project Designer

Husband, Traveler, Movie Lover, Designer…Jorge is confident in his natural design talent, a trait that makes him a passionate project designer and an open-minded client advocate. His design sensibilities can be seen in every aspect of his life, from the documentaries he watches and the food he eats to the places he visits. Jorge continues to learn about various design styles which inspires him to produce creative solutions for each and every Framework client. 

Katty Cuenca

Project Designer

Wife, Mom, Traveler, Designer…Katty is passionate about clean spaces, both literally and aesthetically. Her talent and inclinations come naturally to her as her lineage includes many designers and creatives. Katty diligently seeks to understand her client's goals and then incorporates a variety of natural materials and other textures to create warm and inviting spaces. Her dedication to precision in her work will bring clarity to her Framework Architects’ clients.

Atenor Ovalles

Project Designer

​Young professional. Athlete, Designer…Atenor is driven to be the best. A Venezuelan native but newly minted Austin resident, he has traveled a long way to receive his education at the University of Houston and start a career in architecture. Experiencing family and personal health struggles throughout his childhood led Atenor to realize the importance of space—its ability to heal, motivate, and inspire. Since then, he’s been determined to live a life devoted to creating spaces that help people and communities.

Isabelle Nance

Project Designer

​Designer, Creative Soul, Cat Mom, Makeup Artist…Isabelle brings a thoughtful curiosity about how people experience space—a passion that has driven her since childhood. Her architecture journey deepened her appreciation for how design shapes emotion and behavior, particularly through the lens of Laredo's vernacular architecture, Mexican Brutalism, and the work of Luis Barragán. Her thoughtful approach, paired with her genuine curiosity and collaborative spirit, make her an excellent addition to the Framework Architects team.
